Thames Marine & Logistics UW – Insurance Agency Ltd., while being a newly established MGA has a solid foundation. Underwriting capacity is provided by an internationally recognized insurer International General Insurance Company (Europe) Ltd. operative throughout the EU from it’s European office in Malta and worldwide from London and other locations. The underwriting team is lead by Nicholas Eyre who has more than two decades of experience as a marine manager working for international insurers. The business is managed via a technologically very advanced web platform which allows a complete handling of an insurance portfolio from preliminary quotations, issuance of policy documentation, claims handling and billings and collections. The platform is operative continuously and can be accessed from all devices including mobile phones, tablet and pc’s.

Our business is supported by leading loss adjusters who have been granted TPA status with meaningful autonomous claims thresholds. The claims process from the initial advice through to the settlement of loss can be monitored by the client on our platform.
